What’s the difference between Performance Training and Elite Training?

Elite Training
Trainer works closely on strength programming, progressive overload, technique, and individual tracking. Sessions are capped at 6 women for maximum attention and results.

Performance Training
Structured as circuit-style timed stations that include turf-based exercises and weight training, delivered in a high-energy, community-focused format. Sessions average 12–15 women and are capped at 20 to maintain quality coaching.

What is an InBody Scan?

The InBody Scan is a professional body composition test. It goes beyond the scale by showing:

  • Muscle mass

  • Body fat percentage

  • Water weight

  • Balance between different body regions

With progress photos, tape measurements, and weight, this gives you a complete monthly snapshot of your transformation.

What are “Custom Nutrition Targets”?

Instead of a cookie-cutter diet plan, we give you specific calorie and protein numbers tailored to your body and your goals. This helps you get results faster while still enjoying flexibility in your meals.

What do “Weekly Accountability Texts” mean?

Every week, you’ll get a personal check-in text from KT or your coach. This helps you stay consistent, answer questions, and gives you that extra push when motivation dips.

What is “Open Gym Access”?

Plus members have access to open gym hours to do cardio, mobility work, or extra training.

Open Gym Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM & 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • Sunday: 4:00 AM - 12:00 AM 

  • No guests allowed; access is for active members only

  • All members must complete an in-person walk-through before using open gym to learn how to close the facility when leaving

How many classes can I take per month?

 

  • Performance Training: 8 sessions/month

  • Performance Training Plus: 12 sessions/month

  • Performance Training Unlimited: Up to 1 class per day, max 5 per week = 20 classes/month
  • Elite Training (Semi-Private): 8 sessions/month

  • Elite Training Plus (Semi-Private): 12 sessions/month

Can I add additional sessions if I want more than 12?

Yes! Plus members can add additional sessions at the discounted membership rate. Just email info@ktfitgym.comand we’ll add them to your account.

How do I book classes?

All memberships are managed through our booking system. You’ll get access when you sign up and can schedule sessions right from your phone. We recommend booking your first 3 sessions immediately to lock in your spot.
